Clients must show up to their scheduled appointments on time. If later than 15 minutes (for lash appointments), your appointment may be cancelled upon artists discretion. There is only a 5 minute grace period for waxing appointments. Deposits are non-refundable, but are transferrable if given more than 48 hour notice of changed appointment. There is a 50% cancellation fee for any appointment changes within 48 hours of scheduled appointment and a 100% cancellation fee for day of cancellations. No shows will not be permitted to rebook and will be charge 100% of their service. Sets with less than 40% of lashes remaining at the time of fill will be charged a full set, and may have to be rebooked- so please follow proper aftercare. Fills booked after 2 weeks are considered 3 week fills. Fills booked after 3 weeks are considered a full set.
